The Muscovites and guests of the capital received a special present for the 73rd anniversary of the celebration of the Great Victory – on May 9, 2018 everyone was able to see for the first time all the salutes of the festive Moscow from a record height of more than 370 meters! A unique observation deck of the project PANORAMA 360 (PNR360) located on the 89th floor of the tower Federation-East in the complex Moscow-City, officially opened its doors to the week before May 9, 2018.
The project PANORAMA 360 officially supported and supervised by the Government of Moscow, was officially listed in the Russian Book of Records as "An observation deck on the highest floor of a building in Europe".
The record was officially confirmed and fixed at the end of October 2017, and on May 9, 2018 the venue hosted more than 1,000 guests wishing to admire the numerous salvos of the victorious salute, as well as the magnificent views of the festive Moscow.
Among the first guests of the only and the highest viewing platform in Europe were the stars of Russian show business: Elena Borshchova Nadezhda Angarskaya Olga Kabo, as well as numerous journalists and bloggers.
The whole day on May 9, visitors were greeted with fascinating excursions, delighted with a concert of songs of the war years and with theatrical and musical performances, and, of course, the main festivities – the air show the Great Victory Parade and the grandiose evening salute.
Even relatively recently to visit the territory of the skyscraper and the more so to rise to its upper floors could only a few. The rest had only to dream about it. But now the doors of the tower are open to all comers. On the 89th floor, where PANORAMA360 is located the elevator will drive you at a speed of 8 meters per second. The idea of the observation platform was laid down at the design stage of the tower, the best review was originally planned as an obligatory condition of the project.
