A beautiful bright manicure is fine, but nevertheless the health of the nails should be first of all. With the modern rhythm of life, it is not always possible to go to the salon for paraffin therapy, the ritual of the Japanese manicure or other methods of escape, but at home it is really possible to effectively care for the hands – the main thing is to act competently and consistently!
The condition of not only our nails, but also hair and skin directly depends on what we eat and drink. It is extremely important to obtain a sufficient amount of water and animal and / or vegetable protein. Your best friends: lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts, avocado, almond milk and all sorts of variations of "greens" . Also pay attention to tomatoes, because they contain vitamins so vital for strong and shining nails for A, C and B7 .
Decoction of nettles also contributes to the growth of nails, but before using this powerful for its effect of folk medicine is better to consult with a doctor.
We have already written about the almost magical properties of coconut oil, but the repetition is the mother of the teaching. Checked: if daily rubbing the natural cuticle coconut oil then the hands will look more well-groomed, and the nails will grow healthy and strong. And to relax a little from the aroma of coconut you can replace it with linen or olive oil . The latter works best when paired with lemon juice (proportion 3 to 1).
It is also useful to sometimes "soak" hands for 10-15 minutes in a bath. Perhaps the most extraordinary composition is beer mixed with the same olive oil (2 to 1). Also good are saline solutions with a drop of another oil. orange juice but do not hold hands in such a bath too long and after the procedure very carefully wash your hands and do not forget about nutrition and moisturizing, otherwise the skin will be dehydrated under the influence of acid.
Apple vinegar – an excellent option for those who have fragile and dull nails, as well as tea tree oil . The latter must be mixed (literally a few drops) with olive, linseed or coconut oil, apply massage movements on the nails and cuticle, after 30 minutes, rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.
There is one more, purely cosmetic, cunning – toothpaste ! This is an excellent find for nails darkened from bright nail polish. You will need a whole pea and a toothbrush: in circular motions "brush" the nails, but be gentle so as not to scratch the nail plate. Rinse with warm water, and voila – your nails are brand new!
Stay beautiful, and let your nails shine with health!
