It is extremely important to obtain a sufficient amount of water and animal and / or vegetable protein. Your best friends: lean meat, fish, eggs, nuts, avocado, almond milk and all sorts of variations of "greens" . Also pay attention to tomatoes, because they contain vitamins so vital for strong and shining nails for A, C and B7 .

The latter must be mixed (literally a few drops) with olive, linseed or coconut oil, apply massage movements on the nails and cuticle, after 30 minutes, rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.

There is one more, purely cosmetic, cunning – toothpaste ! This is an excellent find for nails darkened from bright nail polish. You will need a whole pea and a toothbrush: in circular motions "brush" the nails, but be gentle so as not to scratch the nail plate. Rinse with warm water, and voila – your nails are brand new!
